My entire life, I have felt an attachment with our natural world. I grew up with a pocket-knife in one hand, and a magnifying glass in the other.
I can remember many days as a youngster roaming the woods near my home, doing such things as making plaster casts of animal tracks I'd found.
I knew where the wild strawberries could be found, and where the best fishing holes were. I can't imagine living without experiencing nature every day.
I am very thankful that I live in an area where bears roam through my backyard woods, and the bird life is always accessible and fascinating.
I love to sit quietly and observe the life around me.
But, it doesn't end there. I love capturing the essence of a scene in a painting, or sculpting the fine details of a critter in 14K gold. I feel blessed to be able to combine tedious patience with a keen eye and a steady hand.
Over the years I have had the pleasure of providing my products to thousands of satisfied customers all across America and even some in far away countries.
This gives me great satisfaction. You have my promise to provide high-quality products at a fair price, with excellent service. I am happy to work with customers on special requests whenever I can. Please keep in mind, though, that I am not a large company with lots of employees. I make everything myself.
I am a person who loves life and has an optimistic outlook. Sure, we all have challenges in our lives, but I am in awe of what people are capable of achieving. I have lived the past 23 years with Type-1 diabetes. Had I been born 40 or more years sooner, my life would have been cut short by this disease. I think in the near future a cure for diabetes will be developed through scientific research. This is but one example of human progress. To be sure, the world today faces significant financial and ecological challenges. However, I firmly believe we will find solutions, and our future is a bright one.
Wearing jewelry which depicts wild creatures demonstrates to everyone you meet that these animals and their natural habitats are important to you.
