Pond Reflections is a collection of the work of artist Vern W. Pond.
I began my career as a wildlife biologist, but my creative urges soon pulled me in a different direction. I had always been a student of fine art and sculpture, but earlier in my life I didn’t consider pursuing art as an occupation. In my later twenties I apprenticed with a jeweler and it greatly impacted me.

Obviously I have a very powerful connection with nature and it often is a feature of my artwork. However, I feel equally passionate about other subjects, and I enjoy very much
working with landscapes, portraits, and still lifes. Painting commissions will be considered.
